We're foxbright Lda, and we started because we saw a gap. Too many talented, experienced people hit 50 and felt like their best years were behind them. That's not how it works.

Working with coaches and mentors in Cascais and Sintra since 2019, we've watched hundreds of people transform their lives. They didn't retire — they reinvented. They didn't disappear — they stepped into new roles as volunteers, mentors, and community leaders.
